Overview
CGP Audition Tracker is an app published by CGP Spotlight Inc. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the app. Account information: When you create an account we collect your email address and a password (stored as a secure hash). We do not collect your name unless you choose to provide it. Audition data: All audition records you create -- project names, role names, casting directors, agencies, platforms, dates, statuses, notes, and sides links -- are stored in your account and are only accessible to you. Usage data: We collect basic technical logs (timestamps, device type, app version) to diagnose errors and improve performance. We do not use behavioral tracking or build advertising profiles.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: - Provide and maintain the app - Authenticate your account and keep it secure - Respond to support requests - Improve reliability and fix bugs We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple handles all billing and provides us only with a transaction confirmation. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase-hosted servers using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is controlled by row-level security policies so that only your account can read or modify your records. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is completely infallible.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated audition records and personal information are permanently deleted within 30 days. You can request account deletion by contacting us at the address below.
Children
This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below.
