These terms of service apply to the CGP Audition Tracker mobile application operated by CGP Spotlight Inc.

CGP Audition Tracker is an app published by CGP Spotlight Inc. These Terms of Service govern your use of the app and its features. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Acceptance and Changes

Eligibility

User Data and Audition Records
All audition records, notes, and data you create in the app are your responsibility. You acknowledge that: - You own all audition information you input - You have the right to store and manage this information - The app is provided as a personal tracking tool - We are not responsible for lost, incomplete, or corrupted data despite reasonable security measures
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions to premium features are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. You authorize CGP Spotlight Inc. to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription plan you choose. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies.
Permitted Use
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose of tracking personal audition information. You may not: - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app - Use the app for commercial purposes without authorization - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or accounts - Distribute or share the app's code or functionality - Use the app to transmit harmful content or malware
Intellectual Property
CGP Audition Tracker, including all software, design, and features, is owned by or licensed to CGP Spotlight Inc. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. All trademarks and copyrights are retained by CGP Spotlight Inc.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CGP Spotlight Inc. is not liable for: - Loss of data or audition records - Interruption of service or app unavailability - Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages - Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the app We are not responsible for data loss that occurs due to device malfunction, accidental deletion, or other user actions.

CGP Spotlight Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all features will remain available indefinitely.
Data Security and Retention
For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at /privacy/audition-tracker. You can request account deletion at any time, which will permanently remove your audition records.
Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services governed by their own terms: - Apple App Store (distribution and in-app purchases) - Supabase (database and backend services) Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the app if you violate these terms or misuse the service. Termination may result in loss of access to your audition records stored in the app, subject to applicable data retention laws.
